Originally founded in Hong Kong in 1988, Sallmanns was the first chartered surveyors firm and external valuers was permitted by the PRC government to set up its valuation office in Beijing after its appointment with Tsingtao Brewery to be successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
