As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a two year learning and development process incorporating the following aspects:

4 Compulsory Rotations : In order to provide the well-rounded business exposure, there will be 4 compulsory six-month rotations for all Management Trainees in the first 2 years of joining the Firm.

Firm Induction : Overview of the organisation, vision, mission, and overview of the business lines

Business Lines Induction : Overview of the specific business that the graduate will work in; managed by the respective business line and supported by HR.

On-the-job Training :Hands on training of the business specific practices and procedures; achieved through attachment with managers and rotation within the business.

Learning & Development : Personalised Development Plan that includes:-
· Core Training Curriculum
· Conferences and Meetings
· Coaching & Mentoring
